Before joining The Genesis Prize Foundation, Sarah spent a decade as a principal performer and music director with the Earth Harp Collective. There, she managed large teams for high-profile live performances and shaped the creative direction for major events, including productions for Royal Caribbean, Google, and the Super Bowl.
