Andria Aylyarov, Chief of Staff to the Chairman

Andria Aylyarov joined the Genesis Prize Foundation in January 2026 as Chief of Staff to Co-Founder and Chairman Stan Polovets. She is an accomplished Jewish professional with leadership experience at premier Jewish organizations, including The Cleveland Jewish Publication Company, Masa Israel Journey and, most recently, nearly eight years at Birthright Israel Foundation. As Vice President of Donor Experience, Andria oversaw the Foundation’s 25th anniversary campaign, leading a national event strategy that engaged thousands of donors and alumni. Known for her collaborative approach and passion for storytelling, she has partnered with executive teams, donors, and influencers to elevate mission-driven narratives and key moments both online and in person.

Andria is a member of Jewish Federations of North America’s National Young Leadership Cabinet and a graduate of the Mandel Leadership Institute through the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County. She was also a founding member of the Downtown Cleveland Moishe House.

She resides in South Florida with her husband and two children and is a dedicated HYROX enthusiast.
